  1. This is a very good example of a most likely fake costume. I say that because this woman is wearing a male hat from Gällivare, a pewter thread male pattern from South Saami area inside the V-neckline, a belt for a married woman from Lulesaami area and a fantasy made up kirtle. These fake kirtles appear in photos with non-indigenous since it was cool back in the days having those kind of pictures.
